What if I get into an accident?

1. Ensure everyone is safe — call emergency services if injured (999 MY / 995 SG).2. Do not admit fault or promise payment to anyone.3. Take photos of:- All vehicles involved (damage, license plates)- The accident scene (road conditions, traffic signs)- The other driver's license and insurance4. Exchange contact and insurance details with the other party.5. Report the accident to AUFFO immediately via the in-app emergency button.6. Contact the host within 1 hour.7. File a police report within 24 hours (required for insurance claims in both SG and MY).8. Do not repair the car without AUFFO's approval.
