What if I feel unsafe during a trip?

Your safety is a priority. If you feel unsafe at any point:During an active trip:- Emergency (life-threatening): Call local emergency services first (999 in Malaysia, 995/999 in Singapore).- Non-emergency safety concern (e.g., host behaving inappropriately, car seems unsafe): Use the in-app emergency button or call AUFFO's 24/7 safety hotline (number available in app under "Safety").- AUFFO has a dedicated safety team that can help you end a trip early, arrange alternative transport, or block a user.Before trip starts:- Always meet the host in a public, well-lit location if picking up in person.- Use AUFFO's in-app messaging — avoid moving conversations to WhatsApp or other platforms.- If a host asks for extra cash or makes you uncomfortable, do not proceed and report them immediately.All suspicious behavior is investigated, and accounts can be permanently banned.
