What happens if I lose my phone during a trip?

1. You will still have access to the car (keys are physical).2. To end the trip or contact support:- Use the host's phone to log into AUFFO (web version at auffo.com/login) or- Call AUFFO support from another phone (number available on website)3. Upon return, contact support to complete the trip manually.4. Recommend keeping a printed copy of booking confirmation in the glovebox.
