What happens if a renter doesn't return the car at all (theft)?

1. First, confirm with AUFFO that the renter has not responded.2. AUFFO will attempt to contact the renter and track the car's last known GPS (if equipped).3. If unrecovered within 48 hours:- File a police report for a stolen vehicle.- Submit the report to AUFFO.4. AUFFO's theft protection (included in host protection plan) will reimburse the car's market value up to the policy limit, minus excess.5. The renter's deposit is forfeited, and the renter is permanently banned.
